A family of Chinese immigrants, named Bu, Chu, Fu, Hu, and Su, came to the United States. Before they were officially granted citizenship, they were asked if they wanted to change their first names. They all decided to add -ck to their names to make their names easier in their new home.
When they all finalized their names, Bu changed his name to Buck, Hu changed his name to Huck, and Chu changed his name to Chuck.
Su and Fu decided to stay behind for obvious reasons.
